Separated from the rest of the Gironde
by the Dordogne, Saint-Emilion is the living symbol of a unique history

Château
Haut-Rocher - Saint Émilion Grand Cru
After maturing, on average 18 to 20 months,
all the batches are tasted in order to select the most powerful and
best structured wines, the finest and most elegant, which, once blended,
will bear the label of Château Haut-Rocher. With Château Haut-Rocher, you will have a fine bottle
well able to withstand the passage of time, 15 years minimum. That
will not rule out tasting it earlier for its fruity aromas will go
very well with duck and game, bearing in mind that more the cuisine
is complex, more the accompanying wine must be complex. Château
Haut-Rocher will prove this. |
