Château Haut-Rocher - Saint Émilion Grand Cru

After maturing, on average 18 to 20 months, all the batches are tasted in order to select the most powerful and best structured wines, the finest and most elegant, which, once blended, will bear the label of Château Haut-Rocher.
With its lovely, deep colour, this Saint-Emilion Grand Cru develops powerfully in the nose, with aromas of violets, prunes and liquorice, giving way to spices, truffles and forest undergrowth. In the mouth it is full, well-balanced, long-lasting and fruity. Its structure makes it a perfect wine for laying down.

With Château Haut-Rocher, you will have a fine bottle well able to withstand the passage of time, 15 years minimum. That will not rule out tasting it earlier for its fruity aromas will go very well with duck and game, bearing in mind that more the cuisine is complex, more the accompanying wine must be complex. Château Haut-Rocher will prove this.
